All software built by Alakazam Labs for a client is the intellectual property of that client. You own the code, the data, and the product. There is no vendor lock-in, no per-seat licensing, and no usage fees on the software itself.
If you choose to leave Alakazam Labs, you take your software with you. We will assist in transitioning hosting to your own infrastructure or another provider. There are no exit fees.
