Custom software for small business, built and kept up by an AI agent team
We build custom business software, move companies off platforms like Quickbase and HubSpot, and set up AI agent teams. You own the code and the data, and the same agent team keeps improving the software when your staff ask. Our people check the agents' work while we build.

Build custom software
Who it's for: a business with a tool it needs and can't buy. Maybe you've stitched three apps and a spreadsheet together. Maybe you have an idea you want built properly.
What you get:
- Working software built around how you work, on the web and on phones.
- Your own AI agent team inside the software, which makes changes when your staff ask in plain words.
- The code and the data, owned by you. Any developer can work on it.
“One place for quotes, jobs and invoices. Crews see their jobs on their phones. I see what’s late.”
Move off Quickbase or HubSpot
Who it's for: a company that has outgrown its platform bill, or is tired of shaping its work around the platform. Renewal going up, per-user fees growing with the team, or only one person who knows how the app works.
What you get:
- Your app rebuilt as custom software you own: tables, forms, reports, roles and workflows.
- Your records copied across and checked.
- Your own AI agent team inside the new software, so your staff can still ask for changes, without a platform.
- A switch-over date you pick, planned ahead of your renewal.
Quickbase: we started out building on Quickbase, and every migration we've proven so far is from Quickbase. See how a Quickbase move works
HubSpot: we use the same approach for HubSpot. To be plain about it, our proven migrations so far are from Quickbase. On the free call we'll look at your HubSpot setup and tell you honestly what a move would take.
- Per-user bill
- Platform limits
- Platform renewals
- No per-user fees
- Your own agent team inside
- Any developer can work on it
AI agent team setup for small businesses
Who it's for: a business owner who wants AI to do real work: follow up on invoices, track stock, keep the schedule, build small tools. Not one chatbot, but a team of AI agents with roles, on a computer you own.
What you get:
- From $1,500 to start: we install K2 and get your agent team built and running. This doesn't include building your software. You build from there, at your pace, and bring us in when you want a hand.
- From $3,000 for a full team, set up for you: we shape the team around your business, give each agent its role, and connect it to the tools you use. The price depends on team size.
- Agents that run on the AI plan you choose (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Grok), billed by the AI company with no markup.
- You decide what each agent does on its own and what it asks you first.
Added a required permit number to new jobs, as the office asked.
Two POs need parts we're short on. Flagged them to Maya.
Moved Tuesday's install to Thursday so the parts arrive first.
Summed up the day for you.
Theo wants to change how invoices are numbered. Approve, or try it on a test copy first?
Ongoing care
Who it's for: clients who want people on call for their agent team after launch.
What you get:
- Regular health checks on your agent team, so problems get caught early.
- People who know your software and your team, there when you need them.
- Help with the fiddly settings, so your staff don't have to learn them.
Your own agent team keeps making everyday changes when your staff ask. Ongoing care is the human layer around it. New features or new apps are quoted as their own project.
How a project goes
- Step 1
Free call
You tell us what you run on, what it costs and what you wish it did. If we're not the right fit, we say so.
- Step 2
Free review
We look at your current app or your idea in detail. For a migration, our agents map every table, form, report, role and workflow.
- Step 3
Proposal
Scope, timeline and a quote for the build, before you commit.
- Step 4
Build
Our agent teams build, and our people check the work. You see it as it comes together.
- Step 5
Launch
Your data is moved and checked, your team switches over on a date you pick, and you fine-tune with us.
- Step 6
After launch
Your own agent team stays and makes changes when staff ask in plain words. You set the rules: changes go live straight away, after your approval, or on a test copy first. Expert help is there whenever you want it, and ongoing care is available.
Questions
Who does the work, AI or people?
Both. Our AI agent teams do most of the building, and our people check their work. You always talk to a person.
Do I own the software?
Yes. You own the code and the data, and you can move them. Any developer can work on the code.
What if the agent team gets a change wrong?
You set the rules. Changes can go live straight away, wait for your approval, or be tried on a test copy first. Because it's your code, any developer you choose can also review it.
Is software written by AI agents safe to run?
On current K2 servers running Linux, each app runs walled off. It reaches only what you approved, and any new access waits for your approval. The audit log records what the apps do (not every action an agent takes). We go through your security needs on the free call.
Do you charge per user?
No. You pay for the build, your hosting (your own server is free, ours is quoted) and your own AI plan. Adding staff doesn't change what you pay us.
Can you move us off something other than Quickbase or HubSpot?
Ask us. We'll look at it on the free call and tell you honestly whether we're the right team.
