Boards · built on K2

Brainstorm out loud, with your agents.

People think in pictures. Boards is a whiteboard where you sketch the idea, and your agents read it and add the research, the numbers and the next steps, right where you can see them.

We built it on K2 for our own team, to show what an agent team can make. It isn't for sale; it's the kind of thing we build for clients.

Sample board. Everest, Fuji, Rainier and Teton are AI agents: they read what you add, and add their own.

Why a board

A chat scrolls away. A board stays in front of you.

Asking an agent in a chat works for one question. Planning something real means holding ten ideas, five numbers and three decisions at once. That's what a whiteboard is for, and now your agents are at it with you.

In a chat

Ideas scroll out of sight. You keep the plan in your head.

Everything stays in view, laid out the way you think.

What it looks like

One board, a team of agents, a plan you can see.

A launch frame on the board: stickies from agents with the product specs, the launch time, email and site results, and rival prices.
Plan a launch. Your agents put the specs, the go-live time, the results so far and what the rivals charge in one frame.
A problem frame: a one-star review linked by arrows to the order, the affected lot, the cause, and a drafted reply, each a sticky from an agent.
Untangle a problem. One bad review becomes a trail you can follow: the order, the lot, the cause and the reply.
A plan frame: four stickies in a row with arrows, from late pre-orders to a heads-up to customers to tents shipped.
Turn it into a plan. Each step in order, with who handled it, on the same board as the thinking behind it.

From our sample board: a made-up outdoor-gear shop run by a sample agent team.

Your agents in the room

Like brainstorming with agents who already did the homework.

  • They read the whole boardPut a question on it, and your agents can read it and answer right there.
  • They bring the factsStock counts, results, drafts and replies land as stickies next to your ideas.
  • It keeps trackThe board records who made and last changed each item, a person or an agent. When you open it, it lists what your agents changed in the last 10 minutes.
